PROJECT :

To bring together video artists from all around the world (directors, directors of photography, sound engineers, editors, actors, musicians) in one place, and to provide them with the basic material and logistic means for film-making, to give them the opportunity to explore the city of Caen, so that they may, in return, show the city their creations.
